Your images never leave your device

AVIF Convert decodes AVIF files and encodes JPG files entirely inside your web browser using standard Web APIs. Your images are not uploaded to our servers or to any third party. When you close the tab, nothing remains with us.

What we collect

• Analytics. We do not currently run Google Analytics. We may enable Google Analytics 4 (GA4) in the future to understand aggregate site usage. If we do, we will update this policy and apply any consent controls required for the regions we serve. Analytics will never be used to inspect, upload, or store the image files you convert.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard access logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect your name, email address, or the contents of any image you convert. We do not sell analytics data to anyone.

Third-party resources

This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google may receive your IP address. No image-processing script sends your files to a third party.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
